- As we celebrate the U.S. release of Animal Supermarket this week, we’re giving away this great new book and two others from the award-winning duo of Zoboli and Mulazzani. You can enter the giveaway here before midnight on Monday. Two lucky winners will receive Animal Supermarket plus I Wish I Had . . . and The Big Book of Slumber.
Another great book for animal lovers, Fur, Fins, and Feathers, was reviewed by Kirkus this week. “Complex ideas are presented clearly,” says the reviewer, and “[a]nimals of all sorts decorate the pages, offering children the chance to identify familiar species and wonder over unusual specimens.” This book is “sure to spark the interest of animal-loving children.”
- Our April e-newsletter went out yesterday. In addition to great news stories and updates, it’s got more info on giveaways and discounts. If you’re not already on our list, make sure to sign up!
- As we celebrate National Poetry Month, it was great to hear that Manger was included on the NCTE 2015 Notable Poetry List.
- The Amazing Age of John Roy Lynch was featured in the Concordia Sentinel, the newspaper in John Roy Lynch’s native parish.
