Easter is coming very soon, and if you’re part of a Christian tradition, this doesn’t mean baskets and bunnies who apparently lay eggs filled with candy. Well, it might mean those things too, but the real celebration of Easter for Christians is the resurrection of Jesus and therefore the salvation of humanity — the core of all Christian belief. It all boils down to this week.

In recognition of that, and given the religious titles that will always play an important part in our publishing program, we’re recommending 4 picture books (they may look familiar) to celebrate Easter with your young reader.

What are your Easter traditions, and do they involve books? We’d love to hear from you! Reach us here or on Twitter at @CoffeeBreakEBYR.
