I Like, I Don’t Like Betsy Bird featured I Like, I Don’t Like and two Trade Winds books—Lion, King, and Coin and Grandfather Whisker’s Table—in a post about “Economics, Money, and Class in 2017 Picture Books.” Bird writes that I Like, I Don’t Like is “a treatise on economic privilege. . . . It’s tricky territory but is handled remarkably well.”
- Mrs. White Rabbit was reviewed on Jen Robinson’s Book Page. Robinson describes the book as “a creative and unusual picture book that demonstrates a mature sense of humor and adds hitherto unknown depth to the character of Alice in Wonderland’s white rabbit.”
